Joy Hymel comes to ATS with more than 25 years of experience in the programming field. Joy, born and raised in the New Orleans area, has earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Processing from Loyola University and an MBA from the University of New Orleans. When not at work, Joy likes camping, nature walks, white water rafting, live performances, art shows and trying new restaurants with her husband and teenage daughter.
